Vintage Cat Café Policy:

Online reservations are given priority!

Walk-in guests are welcome but may not be guaranteed a table or spot in the cat room.

Please purchase one ticket per person.

Children: Children of any age are permitted on the Premises; however, the following additional terms and conditions apply to the Guardian(s). 1. Children must remain under the supervision of the Guardian(s) at all times and must comply with the rules stated above - this is the sole responsibility of the Guardian(s); 2. The Guardian(s) must ensure that the Child or Children under the supervision of the Guardian(s) has no allergies or intolerance to the Cats.

Guests aged 12 and under must be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian aged 18 or older to enter the cat room.

Cat room capacity is limited to a maximum of 7 people. Please check your confirmation email for booking details! We will only reference the confirmation email for your booking. If you haven't received a confirmation, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder. All confirmations are sent automatically to the email you provided.

The customer is fully responsible for their reservation details. We are not liable for any errors in reservation times if they are incorrect.

For walk-in guests, seating and spots are on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are the only way to secure your spot.

Time Limit: Each reservation grants 60 minutes of access to cat room.

Arrival: Please note that food and drinks are not permitted in the cat area. We kindly ask you to plan your visit accordingly, enjoying your refreshments before or after your reserved time.

Feel free to spend more time in the cafe area if additional space is available.

Late Arrivals: All appointments begin on the hour. Please be punctual. No extra time will be provided for late arrivals.

Reservation Modifications: Any changes to your appointment must be made on the Vintage Cat Cafe website at least 24 hours in advance. No changes can be accommodated after that.

Special Needs: If you are accompanying a special needs guest, you must purchase a ticket for yourself due to the limited number of participants allowed in the cat room.

Refund and Reschedule Policy:

Refund Policy:
- Full Refund: A full refund is provided if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Please email us to start the refund process—canceling on the website does not automatically trigger a refund.
- No Refund: No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or for no-shows.
Rescheduling Policy:
- Advance Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment. We cannot accommodate rescheduling requests within 24 hours of your reservation time.
- Rescheduling Limits: You may reschedule your appointment once. Any subsequent rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation without a refund.
How to Request a Refund or Reschedule: Contact our customer support team via email at info@vintagecatcafe.com. Include your name, appointment details, and the reason for your request. We will process it as quickly as possible.

Store Conduct:

If you or your party's behavior disrupts the cafe's environment, particularly in the cat room, including but not limited to:

Causing noise or distress to the cats or other customers
Disregarding the rules set by our staff
Forcefully holding, touching, or cornering cats
Disrespecting property or damaging cat toys
Touching or playing with the cats' food or water bowls
Feeding the cats outside food or snacks

You will be asked to leave the room. Please help us maintain a peaceful and friendly environment for everyone.

Adult Waiver and Release of Liability and Indemnification Agreement:

I hereby certify that I am over eighteen (18) years of age, and I am competent and of sound mind at the time of the execution of this Waiver and Release of Liability and Indemnification Agreement (hereinafter “Release”) and agree to the following: Vintage Cat Cafe has available certain cats and/or kittens to be played with by customers at the establishment and agrees to allow me to interact with them in consideration of both the payment of the fees for such and my execution of this Release, agreeing to be bound by its terms. I acknowledge that playing with cats and/or kittens may not be supervised at all times, and Vintage Cat Cafe staff may not be with me the entire time I am in contact with the cats and/or kittens, but Vintage Cat Cafe staff will remain on the premises to monitor the activity of all current participants, offer guidance and encouragement, and be available to assist in the event of participant difficulty. I agree not to engage in any activity that will injure or otherwise harm the cats and/or kittens in any manner.

I am aware of and fully understand the inherent dangers and assume all the risks involved in playing with cats and/or kittens, including the risk of death and/or personal injury or damage to myself, other persons, my property, and/or the property of others while participating in such activities or having my property at the site of such activities. I further acknowledge that participants in such activities and other persons involved in these activities may not be covered under the insurance of Vintage Cat Cafe, and that customers of Vintage Cat Cafe may not have any right to file a claim against Vintage Cat Cafe's insurance policy. I freely and voluntarily execute this Release with such knowledge and assume full and sole responsibility for the risk of death, personal injury, and/or property loss arising from or in any way connected with my participation in the activities provided by Vintage Cat Cafe.

I agree to abide by all rules and regulations that Vintage Cat Cafe may impose regarding the cats and/or kittens. I agree to follow all rules and to undertake all activities in a responsible manner. If I am unwilling or unable to follow any rules, Vintage Cat Cafe will terminate my continuation of such activities, and I will not be entitled to any refund of our fees.

I have no physical, mental, or emotional issue(s), including but not limited to any allergies, that would adversely affect my ability to play with the cats and/or kittens in a safe and appropriate manner.

I hereby release and forever discharge and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Vintage Cat Cafe, their respective agents, owners, employees, rescue partners, and independent contractors, and their respective sureties, insurers, successors, assigns, and legal representatives, from any liability, claim, cause of action, demand, and damages for injury, death, or damages of any kind or nature whatsoever to myself or my property as a result of my engaging in any activities at Vintage Cat Cafe, including, but not limited to, playing with the cats and/or kittens, whether such injury, death, or property damage is caused by the intentional or negligent act or omission on the part of (i) any other customer of Vintage Cat Cafe, (ii) any employee, agent, owner, rescue partner, or independent contractor of Vintage Cat Cafe, or (iii) any other person at Vintage Cat Cafe. Furthermore, I agree to pay any and all attorney's fees and costs of Vintage Cat Cafe, and any of their respective agents, employees, owners, rescue partners, and independent contractors if I bring any action, claim, or demand against Vintage Cat Cafe, or any of their respective agents, employees, owners, rescue partners, and independent contractors for any reason for which this Release applies.

I agree to defend with counsel chosen by the indemnified party, indemnify, and hold harmless Vintage Cat Cafe, their respective agents, employees, owners, rescue partners, and independent contractors, their sureties, insurers, successors, assigns, and legal representatives from any liability, claim, cause of action, demand, or damages for injury, death, or damages of any kind or nature whatsoever to any person or their property resulting from any actual or claimed intentional or wrongful act or omission by myself arising from or as a result of my presence at Vintage Cat Cafe or my participation in any activities at Vintage Cat Cafe. I agree to provide said defense and indemnity regardless of the merit of the claim.

I agree to and hereby bind my heirs, executors, assigns, and all other legal representatives by executing this Release.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that this Release is intended to be construed and interpreted as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of Ontario, Toronto. If any portion of this Release is found or declared to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the remainder of this Release not found to be invalid, and the remainder of this Release shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Toronto (without regard to the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law, and without regard to the jurisdiction in which any action or special proceedings may be instituted), as to all matters, including but not limited to matters of jurisdiction, validity, property rights, construction, effect, and performance. All disputes shall be subject to litigation only within the courts of Ontario, Toronto.

BY EXECUTING THIS RELEASE, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE, UNDERSTAND THE CONTENTS HEREOF, HAVE BEEN ADVISED, AND HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEEK INDEPENDENT COUNSEL OF MY CHOICE AND CERTIFY THAT I HAVE FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY EXECUTED THIS RELEASE. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT, BUT FOR THE EXECUTION OF THIS RELEASE AND AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS HEREOF, Vintage Cat Cafe WOULD NOT AUTHORIZE ME TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY ACTIVITIES AT Vintage Cat Cafe.

Minor Waiver and Release of Liability and Indemnification Agreement:

I am the parent/legal guardian of the minor. I hereby certify that I am competent and of sound mind at the time of the execution of this Waiver and Release of Liability and Indemnification Agreement (hereinafter “Release”) and agree to the following: Vintage Cat Cafe has available certain cats and other live animals to be played with by customers at the establishment and agrees to allow the minor to interact with them in consideration of both the payment of the fees for such and my execution of this Release, agreeing to be bound by its terms. I, on behalf of the minor, acknowledge that playing with cats and/or kittens may not be supervised at all times, and Vintage Cat Cafe staff may not be with the minor the entire time they are in contact with the cats and/or kittens, but Vintage Cat Cafe staff will remain on the premises to monitor the activity of all current participants, offer guidance and encouragement, and be available to assist in the event of participant difficulty. The minor will not engage in any activity that will injure or otherwise harm the cats and/or kittens in any manner.

If I or the minor am/are unwilling or unable to follow any rules, Vintage Cat Cafe will terminate my or the minor’s continuation of such activities, and we will not be entitled to any refund of our fees.

I, on behalf of the minor, understand that Vintage Cat Cafe reserves and possesses the right to remove the minor from the premises at any time for any reason.

I, on behalf of the minor, hereby release and forever discharge and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Vintage Cat Cafe, their respective agents, owners, rescue partners, employees, and independent contractors, and their respective sureties, insurers, successors, assigns, and legal representatives, from any liability, claim, cause of action, demand, and damages for injury, death, or damages of any kind or nature whatsoever to the minor or the minor’s property as a result of the minor’s engaging in any activities at Vintage Cat Cafe, including, but not limited to, playing with the cats and other live animals, whether such injury, death, or property damage is caused by the intentional or negligent act or omission on the part of (i) any other customer of Vintage Cat Cafe, (ii) any employee, agent, owner, or independent contractor of Vintage Cat Cafe, or (iii) any other person at Vintage Cat Cafe. Furthermore, on behalf of the minor, I agree to pay any and all attorney's fees and costs of Vintage Cat Cafe, and any of their respective agents, employees, owners, and independent contractors if I or the minor bring any action, claim, or demand against Vintage Cat Cafe, or any of their respective agents, employees, owners, rescue partners, and independent contractors for any reason for which this Release applies.

I, on behalf of the minor, agree to defend with counsel chosen by the indemnified party, indemnify, and hold harmless Vintage Cat Cafe, their respective agents, employees, owners, rescue partners, and independent contractors, their sureties, insurers, successors, assigns, and legal representatives from any liability, claim, cause of action, demand, or damages for injury, death, or damages of any kind or nature whatsoever to any person or their property resulting from any actual or claimed intentional or wrongful act or omission by the minor arising from or as a result of the minor’s presence at Vintage Cat Cafe or the minor’s participation in any activities at Vintage Cat Cafe. I, on behalf of the minor, agree to provide said defense and indemnity regardless of the merit of the claim.

I, on behalf of the minor, agree to and hereby bind our respective heirs, executors, assigns, and all other legal representatives by executing this Release.

I, on behalf of the minor, hereby acknowledge and agree that this Release is intended to be construed and interpreted as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of Ontario, Toronto. If any portion of this Release is found or declared to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the remainder of this Release not found to be invalid, and the remainder of this Release shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Toronto (without regard to the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law, and without regard to the jurisdiction in which any action or special proceedings may be instituted), as to all matters, including but not limited to matters of jurisdiction, validity, property rights, construction, effect, and performance. All disputes shall be subject to litigation only within the courts of Ontario, Toronto.

BY EXECUTING THIS RELEASE, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I, ON BEHALF OF THE MINOR, HAVE READ THIS RELEASE, UNDERSTAND THE CONTENTS HEREOF, HAVE BEEN ADVISED AND HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEEK INDEPENDENT COUNSEL OF MY CHOICE AND CERTIFY THAT I HAVE FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY EXECUTED THIS RELEASE, ON BEHALF OF THE MINOR. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO SIGN THIS RELEASE ON BEHALF OF THE MINOR. I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE, ON BEHALF OF THE MINOR, BUT FOR THE EXECUTION OF THIS RELEASE AND AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS HEREOF, Vintage Cat Cafe WOULD NOT AUTHORIZE THE MINOR FOR WHOM I SIGN THIS RELEASE TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY ACTIVITIES AT Vintage Cat Cafe.
